Welcome to Vyroxix AI. These terms describe the transparent and ethical way Vyroxix delivers AI automation services to your business.
1. Service & Custom Development
Vyroxix specializes in building and managing custom AI chatbots. Each bot is uniquely trained and configured according to your business requirements.
2. Payment Structure & Milestones
- Project Start: A 50% advance payment is required to begin development and training.
- Final Delivery: Remaining 50% is due once the bot is completed and approved.
- Fee Structure: One-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription for hosting and maintenance.
3. Ongoing Support & Updates
- Monthly subscription keeps the bot active and secure
- Business updates handled upon request
- Continuous monitoring for optimal performance
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Setup and final payments are non-refundable once the bot is completed
- Monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime
- Pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days
5. Accountability & Ethics
Illegal, spammy, or unethical AI usage is strictly prohibited. Vyroxix is not responsible for minor AI inaccuracies. Final responsibility lies with the business owner.
